About

Hi, I’m Dani!

I help women to cut through stress and overwhelm so they can live healthier, more fulfilling lives. With a few simple changes, you could be on your way to feeling your best without the guilt and shame that often accompanies traditional dieting.

Starting (or re-starting) healthy habits doesn’t need to be complicated or stressful. I help my clients to discover what methods work best for their individual needs, preferences, and lifestyle. Using a flexible approach, we work on one thing at a time to minimize any frustrations while breaking down the barriers that once held you back. You’ll see and feel the difference within the first few weeks!

With more than 10 years of coaching experience, I hold a Masters Degree in Human Behavior, as well as certifications in nutrition coaching, life coaching, and personal training. As a stage 3 thyroid cancer survivor I am passionate about working with women who live with chronic illness. My online community is free to join and open to any woman who wants to work on taking better care of herself.

Fun Facts About Me:

  • Our family loves Disney so much that we decided to pack up and move to Central Florida from Upstate NY in 2021. Hello sunshine and palm trees!
  • I dropped out of college at the age of 20 because I hated school, only to return a decade later with a passion for learning.  I graduated summa cum laude and went on to obtain two graduate degrees and several certifications. I will never stop learning.
  • My favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz. I love the concept of leaning on friends for support when trying to reach a goal, but that ultimately you hold the power to achieve your dreams.
  • I am both a step-daughter and a step-mother, and am grateful for each of those relationships.
  • I was once a classically-trained singer, and loved performing opera arias and other classical pieces.
  • I ran my first marathon in May of 2019 in Rhinebeck, NY, and my second (and last) in January 2023 at Walt Disney World. I’ve also run countless 5k, 10k, and half-marathon races.
  • I grew up with lots of animals.  At one time my family had six cats.  I’m more of a dog person now and completely adore my dogs Lulu and Maisey. Our sweet Boston Terrier, Mattie, passed away in May 2023.
  • I love to read, but am hard-pressed to come up with a favorite book. As a former English major I have a deep appreciation for the classics, with Anna Karenina and The Awakening among my favorites. I’m currently working my way through all of Stephen King’s books.
  • My daughter Maia is the absolute love of my life. She is funny, witty, beautiful, and unquestionably smarter than I am.
